Here is a sample billboard or print ad:

We videotaped interviews of 78 people at the South Plains Mall in Lubbock, Texas where we asked 4 basic questions.
1.  What is the Nike slogan?  The answer, "Just Do It!"
4% answered incorrectly
2.  Finish this sentence, "The American Express Card..."  The answer, "never leave home without it."
12% answered incorrectly
3.  How do you know for sure you are going to Heaven?
73% answered incorrectly
4.  What is the first book of the Bible (Old Testament)?   The answer, Genesis
71% answered incorrectly

This shows you the value of advertising, and also how poorly the local Church is reaching the lost with the truth.  These numbers are staggering for a city in the Bible Belt.   To quote one girl from the mall, "That's sad, we know more stuff about the mall than about the Bible."

Here are some other ideas that I have had to reach people globally through the internet.  It would involve placing advertisements (billboards) on porn sites to point people to a web site that helps them with sexual addictions and shares Christ.   We would also place billboards on web sites and search engines to advertise Jesus.   These would have different messages, and also point to a site that has a list of questions and answers.  It would answer their questions about life, the Bible, suffering, and explain the Truth and how to accept Jesus Christ.
